MEMBER SURVEY 2020 TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions of entry.

Employees, consultants, directors and the immediate families of employees, consultants and directors of Horizon Credit Union Limited (trading as Horizon Bank) and businesses and companies participating in this promotion are not eligible to enter. Entries are made automatically when a member survey is received by Horizon either via email. One entry per member is allowed.

This survey/competition commences 18 November 2020 and closes at 5pm on 29 November 2020.

The answers to the survey bear no relation to the drawing of the winners.

There are four prizes. Draws will occur at 11am on Tuesday 1 December 2020 in Wollongong at the office of Horizon Bank from all eligible entries received. The winners will be drawn randomly. The draw will be witnessed by an impartial person. The judge’s decision will be final on all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winners will be notified by mail or by telephone. The outcome of the draw will be posted on Horizon’s website news page.

There are four prizes valued at $250 each. The prize is $250 cash. The prize will be deposited to the winners’ every day account held at Horizon Bank.
