Visa Credit Card FAQs

You can easily change your PIN by doing any of the following:

1. Log in to Online Banking then select My Preferences > Change PIN.
2. Log in on the Horizon mobile app. Go to the Cards menu and select Change PIN.
3. You can change your PIN at any rediATM.

Note* You do not need to know your existing PIN if changing it through Online Banking or the Horizon app.

Horizon is a mutual financial services organisation and as such is owned by its members, each one of whom is a shareholder. Therefore you must be a member of Horizon to take out a Visa Credit Card. However, you don't need to become a member before you can apply - anyone can apply for a loan with Horizon.

The minimum amount you can borrow for a Visa Credit Card is $500 and the maximum amount is $30,000.

Interest is calculated daily and charged monthly.

A credit card is a continuous credit contract which means as you pay it back you can redraw on it up to your agreed limit.

You can arrange to make your loan repayments either by payroll deduction, direct debit from your savings or transaction account, online or phone banking transfer.

Statements are issued monthly. Duplicate statements can be requested at any time from our office. Account Balances and Statements are also available via our Online and Phone banking services
