How to Apply

  • Contact us: Reach out to any of our branches or simply by emailing us at hardship@horizonbank.com.au or completing the online enquiry form.
  • Complete an application: Depending on your situation, we may request you to complete an application form and provide documentation, such as proof of income reduction, medical certificates, or other relevant information.
  • Assessment & outcome: Our team will assess your application and work with you to determine the best solution. We aim to provide an outcome as quickly as possible.
