CHRISTMAS CASH COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions of entry.

Employees, consultants, directors and the immediate families of employees, consultants and directors of Horizon Bank and businesses and companies participating in this promotion are not eligible to enter. Entries are made automatically for existing members of Horizon Bank as at 1 December 2022. Entrants must be shareholders (excluding linked and business shareholders). One entry per individual is allowed.

This competition commences 19 September 2022 and closes 5pm 30 November 2022. The draws will occur at 11am on the 5^th of December 2022 at the office of Horizon Bank – 27 Stewart Street, Wollongong NSW, from all eligible entries. The winner will be drawn randomly. The draws will be witnessed by an impartial person. The judge’s decision will be final on all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

There will be two winners. The prize consists of 2 x $1,000 cash that will be deposited to the winner’s everyday account. 1 x $1000 prize will be awarded to a new Horizon member who has joined during the competition period. In the event that member has been referred, the referrer will be awarded the second cash prize of 1 x $1000. If the new member has not been referred, the second prize will be drawn from all existing Horizon adult, junior and teen members.

The winners will be notified by telephone, email or mail. The outcome of the draw will be posted on Horizon’s website and Facebook. If the winners are minors, the person with authority to operate on the account will be contacted regarding the win.
