1. Based on periodic comparisons against publicly available rates for comparable services from 4 Australian banks. Convera will hold a quoted exchange rate for 72 hours. The payment will need to reach Convera’s nominated account within this time frame for Convera to honour the quoted rate.

2. For incoming international payments, Convera processes over 25 currencies fee free however some exotic or other currencies may attract fees. In some instances, intermediary banks may levy additional fees and/or charges.

3. Whilst we can typically deliver funds to beneficiary banks in 2 to 3 business days (non-exotic currencies), beneficiary banks can sometimes take up to five business days to credit those funds to the applicable beneficiary account. Please note there are no delivery period guarantees.
