The Mortgage Breaker is a transaction account linked to your mortgage home loan that can reduce the amount of interest you pay on your loan. You can offset up to 100% of the loan balance. For example, if your loan balance is $400,000 and there’s $50,000 in your offset account, we’ll only charge you interest on a $350,000 loan balance.
